Check list and flight itinerary PDF
You can add PDF form fields to your flight itinerary PDF, containing the values as used in "Flight itinerary field name". Flightnet will automatically scan the flight itinerary PDF each time you load it from a reservation and fill the provided check list data (see Flight itinerary). You only have to make sure that values used in the "Flight itinerary field name" match the form field names used in your PDF form (caution: the field name is case sensitive!).
Checkboxes and PDF form
Please make sure that for check boxes in the PDF form the export value is set to "On" (you have to type this in the related field) , otherwise the checkbox value in the flight itinerary won't be set correctly.
Important notes regarding the list display
• | Regardless of the sort order, first all text fields are displayed, followed by the check boxes. |
• | For better visibility, a designation is blanked out if it's identical to the previous row on the check list display (but not in the configuration settings). This can be used to allow data entry with different units (e.g. fuel in gallons on one line, followed by fuel in liters in the next line to allow an alternative entry) |
