| • | Flightnet has an independent backup system that is located in a different data center. |
| • | This ensures that even in a case of a total main data center shutdown, Flightnet will still work. |
| • | The backup systems have the URLs www2.flightnet.aero and www2.flightnet.ch . |
| • | The backup system restores productive data several times a day. |
| • | You can access the backup system during regular operations also. It will show the data from the latest backup. Do not make any changes, all data will be lost at the next restore. |
| • | When in backup mode, no messages (email or SMS) are sent from the backup system. |
Login procedure
| 1. | Please login to Flightnet on www.flightnet.aero or www.flightnet.ch |
| 2. | If there is no response on these URLs, login to Flightnet on www2.flightnet.aero or www2.flightnet.ch There is a warning message if the system is in backup mode. Conversely, if there is no warning message, the backup system is switched to regular mode. |
