With this feature you can search contacts within your organization.
Who can use it
The contact feature is visible
| • | for all users if the setting "Show address list" is active |
| • | for all users with "Edit all profiles" permission, regardless of the address list setting |
How to use it
| 1. | Enter at least three letters in the search dropdown |
| 2. | Click on "Show data" |
| 3. | If you're using it with a smartphone, you may directly initiate a call by pointing at the phone number |
