Basic setting to enable the day-to-day responsibility feature

Show own data only to standard users (privacy mode)

If enabled, then standard users can see reservation details like pilot or flight instructor and all related name and contact data of their own reservations only. All other reservations details are hidden from them.

Show address list

If enabled the address list will be visible for all users of your organization

User notification text

The text defined here is displayed to users if their "Show user notification text" field is activated - see notification text

Enable SMS

Basic setting to enable SMS transmission

No reservation confirmation SMS to reserving user

If enabled the user currently performing the reservation will not receive an SMS, regardless of other settings. The assumption is that the current user is aware of the reservation anyway.

Maximum permitted option for sms notification

Determines for what situations SMS are sent (prerequisite: SMS are enabled)
