Require type rating

If enabled then pilots can only reserve aircraft for which they have a type rating. Note: this settings determines the ability to reserve an aircraft type. The visibility is controlled by the "Only show types to the pilot for which he has a rating" (see next tab).

Use reservation limits

If enabled, the pilot can reserve as long as the reservation hours total remains within the limit

Check checkflight

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if the check flight for the related type has not expired

Check charter agreement

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if his charter agreement setting is active

Require valid medical

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if his medical hasn't expired

Check language proficiency

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if his language proficiency hasn't expired

Check EASA FCL proficiency

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if his EASA proficiency check hasn't expired

Check refresher course

If enabled, the pilot can only reserve if his refresher course check hasn't expired

Reservation start/end within hours of operation only

If enabled, a standard user can enter reservations for flights within the hours of operation only

Reservation possible within ... days before start

Defines the number of days before reservation start that a reservation can be entered. Not limited if left empty.

Require a reservation description

If active, a reservation description is required.

Require cancellation reason

If active, a cancellation reason is required.

Allow concurrent reservations per pilot

If enabled, a standard user can enter overlapping reservations with him as pilot

Allow concurrent instructor booking

If enabled, overlapping bookings of instructors are possible
