This feature implements a maximum total number of reservation hours. There is a general limit for all users which can be varied or waived for individuals.
The individual reservation limit is managed in the user administration. There are three options for the individual limit:
| • | "Default" means that the general limit is applied |
| • | "Individual" means that an individual limit is specified and applied |
| • | "No" means that this user has no reservation hour limit |
How to implement it
| 1. | Set the individual reservation hour limit for those users with deviating limits as described above |
| 2. | Navigate to "Company / club" > "Settings" [Reservation rules] |
| 3. | Check "Use reservation limits" and set a value for the limit |
