Emails and SMS are used to notify pilots of various situations.

You can check the current system on "Info" > "Status".

Templates

You can customize all message templates that are sent to users. The templates are merged with the specific reservation and user data during the transmission process.

Emails

Flightnet allows an unlimited number of email addresses per user. You can specify the purpose of each email address (general contact, confirmations, reminders etc.).

The email addresses can be retrieved for newsletters etc.

As an example, the system can be configured to automatically send a copy of all reservation emails for a particular aircraft to persons that are responsible to handle that aircraft. See Aircraft fields for details.
