Flightnet can send email and SMS notification for various situations. The notification text can be customized and uses placeholders that are replaced with the effective value when the notification is generated.

Important: Please include a remark that emails are sent by an automatic system and that users shall not reply to the sender since the mailbox is neither monitored nor forwarded. Otherwise, users may reply to automatic emails from Flightnet and will not realize that their message never reached you.
Therefore, in your footer text, you should mention an email address to which users can reply. Your message could look like this:
"Please do not reply to this email, the mailbox is not monitored. If you have any questions, please contact info@aeroclub.com " (remember to put the correct email address...)
