Flightnet does not have a fixed user role scheme that forces you to adopt given user roles. It rather offers you the flexibility to use a permissions and competence scheme best reflecting the real situation in your organization.
The key to this flexibility is that you can define as many user groups as required and give them specific permissions in Flightnet. Navigate to "User" > "User groups and permissions" to view the respective form.
You can define as many user groups as required. One user is always a member of exactly on user group and consequently has all permissions of that user group.
