Reservations and hours of operation

You can ensure that reservation start and end can be within the hours of operation only by checking the related setting.

 

Concurrent reservations of pilots and flight instructors

If you want to prevent overlapping reservations of the same pilot or the same instructor, you can check the related setting.

 

Require reservation description

This feature ensures that your pilots enter a description for each reservation.

This rule will apply without exceptions to ALL users

 

Require cancellation reason

This feature ensures that your pilots enter a reason why they cancel a reservation.

This rule will apply without exceptions to ALL users

 

Require minimal account balance

This rule requires that the accounting option is subscribed. If so, you can require that the user account balance has a minimal level, otherwise a reservation will be prevented.
