Prerequisites
| • | the tech log option must be active |
| • | this option is only meaningful if you're using the tech log for the selected aircraft |
How to implement
| 1. | Navigate to Aircraft > Aircraft types |
| 2. | Configure the fields as required |
Field |
Content |
|---|---|
Recency check period (d) |
Period before the reservation start for which flight logs will be counted |
Recency check minutes |
Required number of flight minutes (block time) |
Recency check landings |
Required number of landings |
You have to either complete all fields or none of them
| 3. | Click on |
| 4. | You can click on [Check and set pilot recency compliance for all concerned reservations] to automatically evaluate all concerned reservations now |
| 5. | The "Pilot recency complied" check box is now displayed for each single pilot reservation with an aircraft (for all other reservations, it's hidden). |
Example: your rule is that a pilot has flown at least once in the last 60 days on the same type before the reserved flight. Then enter 60 for the period, 1 for minutes and 1 for landings.
How to remove the requirement
| 1. | Navigate to Aircraft > Aircraft types |
| 2. | Clear all recency check fields of the related aircraft type |
| 3. | Click on |
