Subscription

Here you can change the details of your subscription. These usually are settings that are related to costs according to the pricing of Flightnet.

This window is located at [Company/Club]>[Subscription] . It is accessible for all users with "Manage settings" privileges.

1. How to change the number of resources

With the respective buttons, you can increase the number of subscribed resources.

Please note that

•	after an increase, the minimum duration is 30 days before you can decrease it again

•	administrative fees for the increase and decrease may apply

•	you cannot decrease the number below the effective number of resources you currently schedule with Flightnet. You may need to delete unused resources first.

•	you cannot decrease the number of resources below 1.

2. How to activate/deactivate optional features

By clicking the respective button, you can activate or deactivate specific features.

Please note that

•	after an activation, the subscription duration per feature is 30 days

•	administrative fees for the activation or deactivation may apply

•	there can be dependencies between the features which means that you may have to activate resp. deactivate them in a specific order

All changes of your subscription are visible in the subscription change history.

You cannot terminate your subscription on this page. In order to terminate the contract, please contact us. See the Flightnet website for contact details.
