Create a new course

Once the training module, it will not yet contain courses for your company. You have to create it first.

1.	Navigate to "Training" > "Core data" > "Courses".

2.	Click on " Add a new record".

3.	This opens a new window. Select a suitable template, either the best match from the provided templates or "Empty course" to create a course from scratch. There are two types of templates that you can use for your new course: - templates provided by Flightnet - your existing courses

4.	Change the designation if required.

5.	Decide if the course progress records are managed by the student ("self managed") or by the instructor (default)

6.	Click on " Add".

7.	This will add the newly created course to the course list.

The templates may contain units and exercises. The Flightnet template will be copied to your company at the moment of creation. Afterwards, there are no linkages between the original Flightnet template and your version any more.
