This list determines what source types can be selected for records in the customer journal.

 

How to modify the source types

1.Navigate to CRM > Core data > Customer journal source types
2.Edit the source types as required

 

Typical source types are:

•Email
•Phone call
•Meeting
•Flight lesson
•Ground lesson
