•	VC = Commercial

•	VP = Private

•	VS = Instruction

What's the difference between a "nature of flight" and a reservation category?

•	A reservation category is used to identify the nature of the reservation, which could be any type of flight but also maintenance, time off etc.

•	A "nature of flight" is the code that you use in your logbook and uniquely designates a type of flight.

•	However, there is a relation between both. You set a default value for the "Nature of flight" in the reservation category. This value will be used when entering a flight log based on a reservation.
