How to implement it
| 1. | Make sure that the Passenger feature option is active |
| 2. | Navigate to [User] [Core data] [External dispatchers] and add the names of the reseller organizations |
| 3. | Navigate to the user administration |
| 4. | Assign the External dispatcher property to related users |
| 5. | Navigate to the reservation category administration |
| 6. | Check the "External dispatcher passengers" check box for all reservation categories where resellers can manage passengers |
