This feature is included in the passenger feature and particularly helpful if there are organizations reselling flights for you (e.g. round trips).
Scenario
| • | You want to grant the right to manage passengers for particular reservation categories to other organizations |
| • | You continuously add such reservations where those organization can add passengers (e.g. round trip flights on weekends) |
| • | You want to provide them a mean to determine the number of available seats and to add passengers |
| • | You want to limit the passenger data visible to these organizations |
Rules
| • | The external dispatcher features only applies to reservations with a reservation category that has a checked "External dispatchers passengers" property |
| • | External dispatchers only can manage their own passengers of their own external dispatcher organization |
| • | External dispatchers will see if there are other passengers on the reservations, however they can neither see the names nor change anything related to other passengers |
| • | External dispatchers users (meaning users assigned to a reseller) have their normal credentials related to their user group plus the features related to external dispatchers. Therefore, you can assign the external dispatcher to any user group (like guest, standard etc.). |
