Class & type ratings

These are the fields you can manage in the class & type ratings tab of the user administration.

Type ratings

Field	Content
Type	Aircraft type as configured in the fleet administration
EASA category	EASA class or type
Edit	Click here to open a popup window
Active	Check if the user has this rating and is entitled to use this aircraft type.
Is FI on type	Denominates user a FI for this aircraft type
CAT	Check if the user may act as pilot in command of commercial air transport flights
OPC training expiration	Expiration date of the OPC training
OPC training reminder	Check if reminders shall be sent to this user before the expiration date
OPC validity	Expiration date of the OPC training
OPC reminder	Check if reminders shall be sent to this user before the expiration date
Line check validity	Expiration date of the OPC
Line check reminder	Check if reminders shall be sent to this user before the expiration date
Checkflight validity	Expiration date of the Checkflight
Checkflight reminder	Check if reminders shall be sent to this user before the expiration date
Type fresher validity	Expiration date of the type refresher
Refresher reminder	Check if reminders shall be sent to this user before the expiration date

In this table all the user's EASA class and type ratings are managed

Send reminder	Check if EASA class and type reminders shall be sent to this user

Popup edit window fields

The pop edit windows covers the same content as the lists mentioned above, with two differences (both available for specific options only):

•	You can choose if you want to edit the current record or add a new record (meaning that the current record is moved to the history)

•	You can upload a file that is related to the type or class rating (e.g. a PDF file)
