Resource group

Assigns a user to resource group. Users contained in a resource group are automatically displayed on the reservation timeline view.

Reservation limit

Here you can define the individual reservation time limit:

•	"Default" means that the default maximum total reservation duration (as configured in the settings) is applied as

•	"Individual" means that for this user an individual maximum total reservation duration is applied. You have to specify the max number of hours

•	"No" means that there is no total duration restriction for this user

Can reserve directly

If checked then this user can directly enter valid reservations, without the preceding request state

This option is only available if "Use reservation requests" setting is active

Manage person in duty roster

If enabled, the availability of this user is managed in the duty roster.

Please note that enabling the duty roster has an immediate effect on the availability of the user. You should continue straight to the definition of the availability.

User can have day-to-day responsibility

If enabled, this user can be select for day-to-day responsibilities
